The box says they have a Low Glycemic Index. If this is not a good snack, can you recommended a food or energy bar that would be good? Much thanks TIM

I used Google to find the nutrition facts. Looks like most of them have 22 grams of carbs, and 15 grams of protein … sounds pretty good. Unfortunately I’ve tried one, and you’re in for a nasty surprise, they taste horrible. But who knows, maybe you’ll like them. Try one of each flavor before buying a bunch.
I agree with Monica. I’ve tried them too and I quit after the first bite. They do not taste good at all. I wanted to try them for breakfast…that lasted all of about 2 minutes and I went back to my morning Special K.
Yuck.
